I’m Irene - A lead designer with over 16 years of professional experience and a passion for design. My experience has given me the opportunity to lead creative teams, manage large scale campaigns, and ensure the overall brand is cohesively represented across all marketing efforts.

Redesign of case studies for RNL to create a more engaging and visually compelling format, making key insights easily digestible. These case studies are now a vital tool for the sales team, helping to showcase success stories effectively to prospective clients. They are also used at conferences to highlight RNL’s impact, reinforcing credibility and driving meaningful conversations.




Logo and branding design for The University of Findlay’s Mazza Museum.

A complete redesign. University of Findlay's Mazza Museum celebrates the art of picture books. The museum was looking for an update that would help increase overall brand awareness and simplify the overall look. The goal was to focus on the high quality artwork.

Together, we will. The campaign for the future of the University of Findlay.Before the public phase of the capital campaign I worked with the Marketing team to come up with names and branding concepts which were then decided on by the campaign committee. Once decided, we came up with overall branding which is being used widely on campaign items.





I managed the university’s visual brand and the brands of the university’s affiliate organizations.

Lead the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing brand campaigns through print and digital platforms including social media, websites, licensed apparel, and signage.





Branding and a new website for Holistic Health with Dr. Heather Heck’s podcast.

Erin’s classes are anything but traditional with a super fun vibe, lots of laughs, and a good bit of sweat so we wanted to keep her new logo organic and upbeat.Freelance project / Black Luna Creative.





High end wedding invitation design and printing.

I work with clients through Sparkvites to create wedding and event invitations. I enjoy working on custom designs that can include anything from letterpress printed finishes to hand drawn and watercolor painted details.
